Description The Regional Workshop on e-Government Readiness for Effective Public Service Delivery will allow participants to fully explore the best practices of the Commonwealth including Canada, Malta and Singapore in integrated service delivery, and to access for themselves what aspects of these experiences can be of value in their particular local context. The programme would allow participants to determine the readiness of their ministries and agencies for the challenges involved in exploiting ICTs in this manner.
