Prepare methodological and conceptual frameworks in an interactive and participatory manner, in order to implement ICT statistics in surveys conducted in the countries of the region, while both contributing to and learning from similar developments at the global level; and
Attract the attention of multilateral and donor organizations so as to increase the funding available to support national statistical agencies in the region in their development of a broader set of official statistics on the information society and economy.
